Pros: It was our home for 4D3N, and will definitely be coming back whenever we visit Edinburgh again. The location is perfect—close to the city centre, the train station (Haymarket), Tesco express and convenient bus links. The property is spotless and well-maintained, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent.

Pros: Locations is great. Very clean, room was very nice, bathroom spotless. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding.

Cons: Only thing that stopped me giving a 10/10 was that the cleaners and staff are quite noisy from around 7.30am in the hallway. It's hard to sleep when it's like that. They're only doing their jobs I understand that but they should be quieter when doing so. Not everybody's day begins at 7am.

Very cozy and warm

Pros: Rooms are super spacious and comfortable. Big bed, big TV, sockets around you! Besides, great breakfast with various food in a very nice restaurant. Nice water compliments in the room. Staff provided me with a map where they pointed out where the sightings are and what’s the best way to get there. very helpful.

Nice and warm . Pleasant stay.

Pros: Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, and location was good

Cons: The roof was leaking and was in my bed when this had happened.But staff were good to move us to another room promptly

Pros: Very clean - room was cleaned every day; Spacious room; amenities (coffee/tea bugs, water) were renewed daily; nicely decorated; about 20' walk from the main attractions; Tram stop & train station in 2' away walk; supermarket 1' away walk; usb plugs provided - very useful for travelers from EU; comfortable bed.

Cons: Low shower pressure; No pigal provided; for early check-in, you are requested to pay £25; sink was way too low.
