Bowfield Hotel and Spa

Good facilities for a relaxing stay.

Pros: Log cabins were cozy, hot tub very nice and nice staff

Cons: Nothing I disliked

Pros: The whole experience was amazing 👏 It was for birthday 🎂 and we got engaged. So relaxing and loved the pool gym and food. Cocktails were amazing 👏 🤩 Keep up the great work 👍

Pros: Lovely hotel In a remote location. Real fire in reception, friendly staff, great food and we made use of the jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was sensational

Cons: The room is a little tired. Creaky floors and not the best mattress but not terrible. But it did lack a few essentials. No tissue box, no toiletries, no shampoo or.conditioner just a combined hair and body wash. But the shower was great

Pros: Were do a start this is defo up there with the best we arrived and the staff were amazing our room was gorgous spa bath the lot even snacks and biscuits immaculate on bottom floor next door spa what more could we ask for then dinner was best steakpie ave ever tasted and am fussy breakfast yummy yummy so much we stayed and booked a second night we loved it staff are beautiful x

Cons: Well there was not one thing in the full bowfield a could fault what a place migjt be my new holiday village lol thanks to my kids wee diamond was found

WHAT A FABULOUS PLACE

Pros: Well, what a superb trip - the team were wonderful and couldnt do enough to make us welcome and comfortable. We were at a wedding which was covered in exemplary fashion in all areas. Cannot thank the team enough. Loved the gym facilities, relaxing in the pool and internal hot tube. We love our tea and were readily supplied with that, the team eventually put a 2 litre milk carton in the fridge! it was not wasted. The meals we had were lovely, particularly the reception plus all the others and my poached eggs were perfect!!!

Cons: When relaxing, the TV would have been really helpful as I like to keep up with current world events through news channels. The only channel available through iPlayer was the BBC ones, the rest on Freeplay were intermittent and non-existent. Did mention it to reception but to no avail, dropped a point for that as everything else was close to brilliant.

If you need a chilled and relaxed break, this is the place.

Pros: Hotel is lovely and well kept. Staff are so friendly and happy to speak with you. Facilities are great and food/breakfast in the restaurant is brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Pros: First time we stayed in one of their lodges. Loved it. Hotel staff are always so friendly when we stay there

Great place - recommend the lodge

Pros: I would totally recommend the lodge. It was a great place to stay with the hot tub, lots of space, very clean, some included snacks, decent smart tv, good view out over the fields and hills. Restaurant was good as well. We had a massage as well which was great. We stayed a Sun & Mon night relatively last minute which may explain it but the price seemed very reasonable for what we got.

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like it but the breakfast was average - not at the same high standard of everything else.
