Come for the spa not the gym

Pros: The spa was amazing! And the bar being open gave real holiday vibes. The changing rooms were immaculate and so pretty. Our room was a junior suite and that beautiful only thing missing was a mini fridge in it.

Cons: The gym “fitness centre” is awful the size of the space is so poor, the equipment is outdated.. 3 people in the gym and it’s practically tight for space. I was hoping for a much more modern gym to use on my 2 night stay here- it was not up to standard with the rest of the facility’s. Let’s it down! Also how hard is it for such an expensive hotel to get smart TVs??? Update required also!

Was lovely, however wasn't as relaxing as it could have been as some people using the spa were really drunk and loud

Pros: The views & spa although maybe a Friday night is not the best time to use it

Cons: Paid £171 for one night & £50 for 2 of us for spa. Didn't get breakfast included in that. I think breakfast should have been included.

Great stay

Pros: I have stayed at gleddock previously and on 2 occasions purchased overnights as presents for family members. It’s a wonderful hotel and spa. Iv knocked it down a little on ratings as 2025 out spa access was free with stay and now you have to purchase this separately

Cons: Rooms are very comfortable

Best hotel I’ve stayed in , in this area by a country mile

Pros: Much better than many hotels . If you are choosing between this and ingliston . Stay here . Why? Because the rooms are properly heated , food is great and staff a lot better .

Cons: The fact is full price for a breakfast for an infant . No difference between an 18 month old tiny portion and an adult

Pros: Very good value for money and felt really looked after from the staff for the full stay, so much that we have booked another 2 nights in April.

Cons: A little bit too long waiting to get served in the restaurant.
