Pros: Great location, friendly, welcoming staff, good parking

Anniversary two nights getaway .

Pros: The staff were so friendly breakfast was 1st class the room was basic but very comfortable . Can't wait to return but next time we'll go for the superior room not much difference in the price.

Cons: We loved everything about the hotel it was so relaxed and chilling great location. So no negatives all good .

Great stay in Balloch

Pros: Very clean and cozy room. Excellent shower and location at 2 min from the train station. There’s tea/coffee in the room and good heating. I would repeat

Cons: Check-in could be earlier than 4pm

Excellent room and friendly staff

Pros: The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Really liked the location, room was spacious and we were delighted to find 2 separate bathrooms in our double room!

Cons: The mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and would recommend

Pros: Spacious, clean rooms, nice bar area and lovely staff. You couldn’t get dinner in the hotel, I assume as it’s out of season, however, the staff recommended places to eat. They recommended the lovely Italian restaurant next door- Cucina. One of the nicest Italians I have ever been to, food was amazing!

Great value for money with friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, the room was well equipped and really reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was really tasty and well cooked, and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Cons: The hallway smelt of cigarettes - I think maybe where staff smoke is under one of the windows, so that may be something to look at. And there was mould on the bathroom ceiling (we were in room 2). Otherwise - excellent. Minor complaints but good to let the hotel know!

Overnight stay

Pros: Great location very friendly staff comfortable rooms

Cons: Perhaps would have liked the option to have dinner at hotel but at the moment they are not doing dinnet

Great location nice clean hotel.

Pros: Loved the location perfect for the pubs, restaurants and shops. All on your doorstep.

Cons: Bed wasn't very comfortable. Noisey guests arguing at 4.30 am. No draft beer in the bar was a bit disappointing. Heating on high all night in bedrooms far to stuffy. Hall lights very bright shine right through doors and light up the rooms.

Great hotel for a Loch Lomond trip!

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful! We arrived before check in but they were very kind and let us store our bags (we had a lot!) while we explored the area. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the train station which was ideal and with a bus station opposite which was very convenient!

Cons: Nothing, we had a great time!
