A nice pleasant place to stay and handy to places around Loch Lommond.

Pros: Natasha was very helpful when I couldn't contact by messenger the person who was to meet us in Brisbane at the airport. There was a problem with not being able to use my Samsung phone to contact a person with an iPhone. Natasha kindly offered me the use of her iPhone to get the message through. Thank you Natasha for your kindness. All staff were very pleasant. Meals were good.

Cons: There was no wardrobe to hang clothing nor adequate space for suitcases.

Excellent for a trip away with family

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The options and the food quality, plus the staff working in the restaurant really made our visit. We are going to go back again soon.

Cons: The only issues we had was the room didn't seem to be soundproof, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat up, it got a bit cold. Luckily by 9pm the hotel fell quiet but before that it was quite noisy. Other than that we loved it.
