The Stables near Glasgow

Would recommend.

Pros: Very quiet location, therefore relaxing after exploring local area. Walks around fairly easy, close to river, golf course etc.

Perfect retreat after full work days

Pros: The open plan kitchen and lounge area opening out to the garden was perfect. So peaceful and the garden is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances are all great quality.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

Comfortable, well appointed, modern self catering stay.

Pros: Lovely quiet setting. Surrounded by gardens. It is a converted stone stable. The conversion is well done, clean and modern. It was well heated, well ventilated, and we had everything we needed to self cater (full kitchen). Location was ideal for us near family. Rural but not a big drive to town.

Cons: Needing to drive if anything is needed. Nothing but the golf club is within easy walking distance. Not a problem for us but won’t work for everyone.

Lovely home from home. Such a gem.

Pros: Absolutely outstanding quality, cleanliness, and helpfulness. Equipped above and beyond, everything you could possibly need. Grounds are lovely. Loved sitting and looking out in the garden. Step through the front door, and the quality and care are obvious. Would most definitely return as my daughter lives close by, so it will hopefully be a regular stop for us. A real home from home.

Relaxing family break in a peaceful location.

Pros: Lovely location. Beautiful property in a picturesque setting.

Pros: It is a home away from home. The environment is serene. I got value for my money.All the facilities were working beyond my expectations. I felt like not Checking out,but I had to.

Cons: Just the cold out there.But that was not peculiar to the environment.

Excellent, relaxing accommodation in a lovely setting

Pros: The location was superb and very easy to get around, it is deceptive as it has a lovely location in the countryside but easy to get into the city etc. The garden, facilities and accommodation was superb and was a very relaxing location. We were visiting family, I just wish we had more time to chill out at the accommodation. The beds were super comfy and the accommodation was well kitted out. It was great to have multiple bathrooms and washing facilities Linda the host was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: The sofa is not very comfortable but that was the only real draw back.

Excellent séjour en famille

Pros: La maison est au calme mais proche de Glasgow en voiture, les enfants ont apprécié les lapins dans le jardin ! La maison est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les propriétaires sont réactifs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Our stay at The Stables was exceptional.

Pros: The hosts were absolutely wonderful and thoroughly accommodating. We enjoyed visits with their dogs and walking the surrounding area.
