Pros: Friendly staff ,comfortable basic room thought I had booked a double got a twin.

Cons: To lock my door couldn't see the lock had to walk to the end of the corridor to access light then go back to my room

Friendly staff, good bar and plenty of parking

Pros: I've stayed here a few times. I like it. Often there is only a single room available, which is small, but it is close to the Erskine Bridge for quick run into Glasgow, and also on the A82, if you want to go explore Scotland's beautiful scenerey. Lochlomond os very close. There is a large, comfortable bar, and very reasonably priced food at breakfast. Large carpark on site too, with free parking of course. Very satisfying experience overall

Pros: As usual it was spotlessly clean and warm. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are once again the biggest asset,

Cons: So the first room I was in had a broken window latch. It was extremely windy that night and the draught was awful. I had to put towels around the window to try and stop it coming through. I went down in the morning to speak to the staff to see if I could move rooms. They were extremely helpful and I was moved to another room. I had no complaints from then on.

Pros: Great hotel, real value for money - you know what you are getting for the price. Room a wee bit tired but bedding and shower very clean. Food and drink also great value for money.

Overall it was very pleasant and staff were most helpful

Pros: Attended a birthday party in the same place so it was perfect for our needs. Bed was really comfortable and huge! Room was huge as well with an extra room that could have been used as another bedroom too. Great value for money and would use again. We really weren't expecting much for the price we paid so we were over the moon.

Cons: Room was basic but didn't need anything fancy. Shower was really good but the stand for it was faulty so it worked fine for me but when my partner used it, it kept falling down.

Excellent, central hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, nothing was a bother to help us. Comfortable rooms, very clean.
