Hardgate House Hotel

Pros: The staff were extremely polite and helpful and due to it be a bit quieter we were allowed to check in early which made a huge difference to our stay...look forward to staying there again 😀

Cons: Just the lifts not seeming to be working so had 3 flights of stairs to climb...not an issue for us but maybe for someone with less mobility

Pros: Room was lovely and myself and my little girl had a great sleep, will definitely be back x

Once arrived was impressed with hotel

Pros: There was no breakfast in deal. Had to get elsewhere. The manager was very helpful with regard to this matter.

Cons: Location had no signage had to ask twice where to find hotel.

Pros: Lovely, helpful staff. Rooms very fresh and clean.

Cons: A hairdryer would have been nice. Maybe available from Reception- a small thing.

Pros: Property was ideal in every situation would highly recommend

On a busy street but surprisingly quite , had a good nights sleep and would stay again

Pros: I was happy with the room modern , clean and a nice room with every thing you need

Cons: No food but plenty of food outlets on the doorstep ,

nice hotel, with a bar below it in which we had a good time with the local people.

Pros: There is no breakfast available, we had to buy it it in the supermarket across the street. we saw only staff when we entered the hotel, afterwards no staff was seen. the wifi is ok, the hotal is ok, the location is far form the center but very good reacable with the bus traffic (line 17 for 45 minutes travel time.)

Cons: it would be great if there is a breakfast possibility.

Amazing hotel in excellent location

Pros: Clean, modern, excellent location with various restaurants and takeaways on the doorstep. The owner also owns the bar downstairs and is happy to provide plates, cutlery etc for use in the bar or beer garden. Sandra, who works in the bar, is an amazing asset to the company and a genuinely, lovely person.

Great accomodation as had to find some quick due to the hotel before being disgusting!!!

Pros: The decor of the room was excellent and all new furniture also. A great shower and bathroom and very clean indeed.

Cons: The only slight niggle was that we couldn't find it as not very well as there was no signage from the main road.

Pros: New modern rooms. Had everything you need for a good night's rest. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. (Hairdryer etc available on request from very friendly staff) No fridge in the room which would be ideal in summer months or just to keep fresh milk for tea etc) A very lovely cafe immediately opposite which was high quality and fairly priced along with a Tesco, newsagents, Italian restaurant, .& takeaway shop, all conveniently located. If I were to make only one critism it would be to suggest Black Out blinds for the room

Cons: The room didn't completely Black Out with the current blinds. Maybe a suggestion to the owners to install some.
