Pros: Facilities were great. Beautiful, stunning decor. Very helpful staff who were there. Very comfortable bed

Cons: Sometimes it felt a little short staffed. Particularly in the dining room…. But it was Valentines night and they were heavily booked!

Cons: Lots of dust under the tv unit, suite booked nothing like the photos, and with a view of the carpark, friends booked standard room and got a better view. Slow service in bar and restaurant

Pros: The building itself is a hidden architectural gem. The interior is well preserved with beautiful heritage features, starting from the main entrance to The Gallery and Dining Room. Love the swimming pool with a great ambience. The bedroom is modern and top notch for aesthetic, and if you are lucky you might get the view over River Clyde. The spacious room offers a comfy bed for a good sleep, and a luxurious en suite for relaxing. Excellent staff further enhanced the overall experience. Everyone is attentive and caring, and they go all out to help every guest.

Cons: We had the Deluxe Suite, which is located on the top floor of the main building. Climbing up and down the four to five storeys high stairs can be challenging at times (lift is not working during our stay). We stayed during winter and the room was freezing cold. The single glazed window didn't help. Requested a heater which slightly warmed up the room, but we expect better room conditions for this price range.

Magical. All members of staff really made you feel so welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Pros: Everything, to the decor, the fires, the cocktails and most importantly the staff.

Cons: My one criticism would be the food. My main meal at night wasn’t great.

Pros: Property has recently gone through a renovation and was now a grand modern building. Rooms were fresh and staff were polite and thoughtful

Cons: Food. Medium steak arrived well done and breakfast avo toast was burned and pocked eggs were fully cooked. Upsetting in a place like this when you expect something special… had 2 meals and both had big overcooking issues
