Normandy Hotel (Near Glasgow Airport)

The right stay on my way home.

Pros: The room was small but comfortable. A powerful warm/hot shower, excellent! Because their were not that many guests, the breakfast was cooked freshly.

Pros: Easy for airport/ parking & shuttle service

Pros: Nice decor in dining room and bedroom. Staff very pleasant and attentive.

Dance at Normandy Hotel

Pros: I enjoyed the evening meal and ballroom facilities. It was also nice to have a choice of bath or shower in my room as some hotels only offer a walk in shower

Cons: Poor lighting in the bedroom and very minimal shelf space for toiletries etc.

Pros: Rooms have been upgraded. Twin room was very roomy and bathroom was clean with great lightup mirror. Powerful shower. Breakfast was very good with everything you'd expect on a regular buffet.

Cons: Only 1 bath towel in bathroom for 2 people although that may have been an oversight by maid. Lighting on bedroom was dark

Welcoming and clean. Very good value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs. It was clean and the staff welcoming.

Pros: The staff were excellent, made us feel extremely welcome, bar prices were very good for a hotel, adds to the experience.

Cons: The water in the showers could have been a lot hotter

Pros: Third year at the new year ball great night .had more staff on this year a lot easier to get serviced at the bar .staff very helpful and friendly.the 11 o'clock check out helps as well as the bar is open to 2 in the morning.

Cons: Thot food could have came quicker but when it came it was delicious.

Pros: Staff very helpful arrived a bit early but they let us get our room 3 hours before we were to book in.

Cons: Double room very small the pillows oh my god no body about them very flat, No drawers for you socks or pants no wardrobe to hang your coats or clothes . Looking like it having a face lift redecorating, to be honest not professional decorators that are doing the painting, in the bathroom the ceiling just been painted there's more paint on the bathroom Tiles. The skirting was half painted infact maybe a blind man was doing the painting.

3/4 times we have used the hotel when we have an early flight in the morning.to our destination. SAL

Pros: We didn't have breakfast as our flight was 8:30am. But we did have an evening meal which was excellent.

Cons: Noisy workers in the bar who are obviously staying in the hotel for the duration of their outside contract.
