Comfortable rooms, warm Pool. Perfect overnight stay.

Pros: Location is perfect for my purposes. The place was spotless. Bathrooms are so big and well equipped for people with reduced mobility. Also the bathroom floor is heated.

Cons: The room was airless. I found there is a fan inside but is not signaling properly. Would have been very useful.

Pros: Excellent facilities, clean rooms either very nice welcome in arrival

Cons: Would be nice if the breakfast staff were a little more welcoming. Such a shame as the reception staff were very pleasant and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience

Pros: Everything, big room, large comfy bed, large accessible bathroom, the fridge is always a great bonus, close to public transport

Brilliant, convenient and comfortable.

Pros: It is convenient as it is joined onto the Golden Jubilee Hospital and my partner was having an operation. This was the third time we used it. We were given a 20% discount towards our evening meal. Breakfast is buffet and has everything you want.

Cons: Needs a light under the unit were the kettle is as you can’t see anything.

Would definitely book again...

Pros: We only stayed one night but found the staff to be incredibly helpful. We had dinner, lunch, and breakfast in the restaurant and were satisfied with the choice. Our room was a little chilly, but a portable heater was provided. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. Gym was great but chose against the pool as we were looking to swim lengths and it was busy with families. Car parking was free and 10 minutes from our venue.

Cons: I'm scraping the barrel because overall I was really pleased but the choice on the tv in the room was a bit average and it was dated for January strangely so we couldn't view the menu
