Handy, but tired

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and rooms spacious. Nice bar and room service was good.

Cons: The lift to get down four flights was not working. I took the stairs. The walls are thin, I could hear the couple staying in the next door room to me in muffled tones. Would have been annoying if I was trying to sleep at the time.

Pleasant and friendly

Pros: Rooms are nice and larger than expected. they have lovely staff that are welcoming and very helpful without any awkwardness. The breakfast was lovely and just enough good value for money.

Cons: It feels as though this hotel doesn’t get enough money to fix things we had a lovely man come in and sort the curtains and spotlight out not because anything was necessarily faulty but because it’s really old. The radiator didn’t work very well and was a bit crusty and the interior white wall wasn’t overly white. Not anything to do with the wonderful staff members but the “Leonardo” company itself. It’s still very hygienic though some dirty looking things.

A wonderful hotel with staff who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

Pros: We stay at Leonardo Inn, West End every time we’re in Glasgow - approx once a month. This a centrally situated hotel, with easy access to city centre, the West End, train stations and Glasgow International airport. If you’re driving, there is a good sized, secure car park, and hotel is situated on a good bus route if you want a night out. You always receive a warm welcome from all staff, but, one member of staff in particular truly stands out…..Scott — he seems to wear many hats and works incredibly hard in the bar, restaurant and cleaning rooms, always with professionalism and a smile (and the odd joke thrown in to cheer us up). This staff member is definitely a Jewel in Leonardo Hotel’s crown.

Cons: Wouldn’t stay if I didn’t like it!

Pros: Staff were perfect! Couldn't fault any of the staff we met, massive shout out to Scott and his 'best pal'. Unfortunately we didn't get his name Scott went to every length to make our stay truly welcoming! Will definitely stay again. .

Cons: Slight issue with the cleanliness of the bath itself and the functioning of the shower. when showering, scalding water would come through without any warning, several times., other than that, wonderful experience of staying.

Always a great place to stay whether you’re working or just visiting. Great accommodation, great price and the west end

Pros: Always a pleasure returning to the Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End. Have stayed many times before and always look at staying when I’m in the area as the location suits me with easy access into Glasgow and Edinburgh. Also a lovely lake nearby to go for a walk if you like.

Cons: If I had to be really really really picky, and only due to the fact that I’m 6’2”, I’d say it would be great if the bathtub was longer 😛.

Great hotel for hospital. Good value. Good food

Pros: The location was ideal for my visit to the hospital for work. Food was OK. I slept well and check out was easy

Cons: You need to repair the pot holes at the entrance to the car park by the ticket machine. They are extremely deep.

Exceptional.

Pros: The location was perfect as we we're attending the Beatson. However the staff we're incredible. So helpful and way beyond expectations. I cannot praise them enough. The young people who work here are so professional, friendly and exceptionally empathic. They are a credit to themselves. I wanted to say thank you for looking after us at such a difficult time. It means so much.

Pros: The food and restaurant were exceptional. Great food and menu.

Cons: Hotel is a little tired, but comfortable to stay in.
