Pros: The room was beautifully decorated, we received a warm welcome when we arrived. It’s located very close where we wanted to be. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice

Cons: It was a little noisy with guests walking past room and outside noise, and the water pressure/temperature could have been better but overall it is a lovely place to stay and would return

100% suited what I needed and would stay again and recommend.

Pros: Great location continental breakfast was plentiful and B50 had thought of everything. Although there was only filter coffee on Saturday morning. Staff responded to any requests swiftly and no dramas from two female staff members. Thank you.

Cons: It was disturbing when guests and others talked in reception area. Also no baggage store room so luggage left outside guests rooms. Room 5 water went everywhere with set up of small sink and fountain tap.

Genuinely want you to enjoy your stay

Pros: Thank you for allowing us to drop our things off early and use the room before check in time. That was really kind and helpful. We loved the quirkiness of the room and the breakfast. We will definitely come again.

Nice rooms, beds, great breakfast.

Pros: Really good breakfast (including dourdough!). Lovely little breakfast room. Good location. Trendy rooms with really comfy beds. Nice staff. Minimal stairs to our room (only to front of building).

Cons: The shower was below adequate - really low pressure and hard to get the right settings. Could only use it on ‘eco mode’ as when it was set to ‘high’ it was either scalding hot or freezing. To be fair the water pressure between both settings wasn’t much different anyway. We paid 20£ for a late check out (noon) as we wanted to sleep late before some travel. It wasn’t worth it because outside the room was SO loud between around 9-midday. They clean/vaccum right outside the door, people coming and going, really poor noise proofing. 20£ already was a lot for a late check out and this made it so not worth it. I asked my husband to say something when he returned the key but he didn’t. We were in room 5, on the main floor.

very comfortable, good value, perfect location, really great buffet breakfast, good big room.

Pros: breakfast was extremely good - a really great buffet selection on offer.

Cons: shower (electric) flow was quite feeble and washbasin was oddly small.

Pros: Really liked the hotel, a small issue with our room and the member of staff moved us straight away.

BRILLIANT

Pros: Loved it all and was happy to be able to play Adele on the record player. Beautiful and relaxing. Ran the bubble bath for show only as l can no longer get in one mores the pity. Great staff range of beverages in the room and lovely breakfast in the morning. would definitely recommend it and hopefully go back.
