Great team let down by restaurant staff

Pros: The staff were amazing and very helpful, The property was very clean and there was a great discount on the car park next door. Amazing service, staff available 24/7.

Cons: The only issue I had was throughout breakfast, the young lady on the till area, ( ginger hair) was very rude no hello or interaction at all, when we arrived for breakfast at 10am there was no food and I asked if anything could be made and only reply I got was \

A comfortable basic hotel in a very central location with discounted off street parking adjacent.

Pros: The room we stayed in had been recently refurbished The reception team were particularly warm and welcoming and the staff members at the front desk the following day were also helpful.

Cons: The breakfast items could have been more attractively presented - but that might have required an extra member of staff on duty at what was a busy time.

Pros: This was my second stay here. The room was clean and met my needs. The location was good for the theatre.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, everything worked and in good condition. Breakfast was good value. Not too noisy considering location.

Cons: More signage around the breakfast items for dietary information

Glasgow theatre visit.

Pros: Easy check in lifts to floors. Upgraded room on arrival. Views across city. Hotel reasonably close to city centre along 1 street. Clean tidy hotel long corridor pleanty of signage. Door card entry. Large television coffee machine. Good lighting Aircon. Good work area good bed quiet for sleep. Bath shower. Friendly staff.

Cons: Lots of building work in area. Not impressive outside. Breakfast fresh fruit cooked hot a bit disappointing. Large television difficult to control.

Cons: We booked the room for a concert and we was arriving at supper time, and when we booked online it was advertised as having a restaurant and bar we was planning to eat have a few drinks b4 going to concert and then coming back to have drinks and relax but after we arrived no one told us it was closed, so we went down and realised then went to reception and they then told us, I feel this should have been advertised online so people are aware when booking, cause I would have booked elsewhere
