Pros: This place was exactly right for our stay on Glasgow. Well located, and surprisingly peaceful and quiet at night. We were slightly early, and it was raining hard, and we were delighted to get the code and get inside and warm and dry. The room is massive, with a great window.

Cons: All good.

Pros: We stayed in this hotel. There was a problem of the heating. I called the customer service and there was a man came to fix the heating. The service was really good!

Cons: Actually, there was no hair dryer

Pros: The accommodation was close to the city, making it easy to get around. The room was large and comfortable, and the shower was amazing with fantastic water pressure — easily the nicest shower we’ve had so far. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage so we could explore the city.

Cons: Only paid street parking was available, so we had to park in a nearby parking garage. This cost £25 for 24 hours and was about a 20-minute walk away, which was expensive and inconvenient. The pillows were lumpy, and the TV didn’t have the correct plug, so we couldn’t watch any football. Tea was provided, but there was no coffee or milk.

Does what it says on the tin.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. Clean linen. It is what it is. Good standard budget property.

Highly recommend

Pros: I was a little apprehensive about what I would find because the price was very reasonable. We found a spacious, warm, and comfortable room. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, yet secluded enough to ensure peace and quiet.

Cons: It could be a bit cleaner.

I would highly recommend

Pros: The staff were very helpful and quick enough to respond via booking.com's chat. Everything was as it should be, with no major surprises. There was an issue regarding the free breakfast that was supposed to be included, but the staff responded quickly and I received reasonable compensation.

Cons: No real problems to be honest. I couldn't find the TV remote in room 1, but it didn't affect our trip in the slightest.

No shower if you're small

Pros: The location, the size of the room, the heat in the room in a freezing city, the fair price.

Cons: Because of some (winter) renovation in the bathroom, I had to walk down the stairs to go to the bathroom. Please note that downstairs, the machine which commands the water of the shower is physically situated very HIGH. Since I'm small, even with my hand raised, I was barely able to reach it! I'm not a dwarf, but let's be frank, I wouldn't have liked this system at all. I suppose that below 5'4\
