This hotel has a lot more facilities than I was expecting. Staff were excellent.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Cons: Some parts of the furnishings were a bit tatty in the room. The doors to the toilet and bathroom didn't close properly.

Short but sweet

Pros: We purchased an upgrade to make our stay extra special this Valentine’s Day and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to ensure we were satisfied with this. They went the extra mile by allowing us to customise the package and enhance our experience. Adele dealt with our queries and the service provided was excellent.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming. However I was not asked for ID not sure if that is a thing anymore?

Cons: We went to the restaurant for dinner and personally the food was not very good. My burger was undercooked and our order wasn't properly taken and a refund had to be taken. The bed were not very comfortable and the pillows were far too soft, the air in the rooms were very still and I have asthma so it set off. We did not stay due to an illness but sure it wouldn't have been great.

Great for theatre in West end of Glasgow

Pros: Really clean in public areas as well as the bedroom.

Cons: Was not impressed by the separate toilet from bath / shower, without wash hand basin by toilet.

Best hotel bed and pillows ever with delicious breakfast and fabulous location!

Pros: Extremely comfortable bed with lovely pillows so got an excellent night sleep. Lovely and quiet at night- no noise at all. Great shower with lovely smelling shampoo/body wash/hand wash. Very welcoming cosy entrance. Very helpful staff at breakfast and those cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was very good and great to see vegetarian sausages available. Excellent location for our show at The garage and getting to the train station. Excellent hotel and would definitely go back.

Cons: Staff at front desk weren’t particularly friendly on arrival or departure. Would be good if the apple juice at breakfast was pure as it tasted like water.

Pros: Location was good, short walk to shops and king tuts for a concert.

Cons: I did not like the parking situation. I was aware before I booked about parking but it was a little walk from the hotel. I paid £12 from 2.30pm till next day at 1pm. That was discounted from hotel as they scanned my parking ticket to get money off.

So close to being great but still fairly good

Pros: Good location, close enough to the centre that you could walk, if you wish to but far enough to be a bit more quiet. The staff were, mostly, very nice and helpful with any requests/ questions. There's underground parking at the hotel (operated by an independent company) that was really good value. The price we paid for our stay was good value for money. The dinner at the hotel was great, both in terms of quality and quantity and the price was fair. There was a nice little area at the lobby with kids activities that was great for keeping kids busy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Cons: Cleanliness in the room was not to a good standard, in our opinion. Also the fact that the toilet was in a separate \
