Pretty good

Pros: Room was ready early when we arrived to park the car. Bed change for allergy was accommodated and Elena who changed the bed for us was lovely Breakfast was excellent

Cons: Parking is expensive There was a electrical humming in the room all night

Amazing

Pros: As soon as we got to the hotel,the ambience was flawless. Lovely colour combo at entrance and throughout the 2nd floor reception.Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, and spacious . Beds were comfy too. We also used the pool, sauna, steam room facilities, which were great , especially with teenage kids.

Comfortable pleasurable experience

Pros: The staff where really helpful and made it a 1st class service. We Arrived late at last minute notice and they were very much accommodating. The room was a good size. The beds were really comfortable and clean.

Cons: Had to pay for parking.

Pros: Swimming pool, hot tub steam room and experience shower! Great for a stay with a 10 year old. Lobby was great. The building was very high - he liked the view.
