Brilliant hotel, great location excellent value for money

Pros: Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable Breakfast very good and freshly made Staff very friendly and lovely

Nice hotel overall

Pros: The room interior was nice and bed was comfy, the coffee machine was good and hot shower was good

Cons: There was hair in the shower, and redish finger marks on the inside opening of the toilet door, and stains on the green chair next to the bed and unfortunately couldn't turn the light near the outside door off without the bedroom light going off and only one socket even though there was usbs on it

Pros: Everything, size of room, great shower, spotless, very friendly staff and got a late checkout which was also great as we had a night at the darts where we enjoyed a few drinks knowing we had a lie in in the morning.Brilliant 👌👍

Excellent value for money and would not hesitate to use again.

Pros: Room much better than expected and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very quiet although in the city centre. The breakfast was was really good value for money. All the staff members we met or dealt with were excellent, very positive and professional.

Truly Fabulous!

Pros: The shower. It was honestly the best I have ever been in. Location good. Breakfast excellent; just wish I hadn't been in such a rush to get on the road for home following it. Staff very nice and toiletries in room great. Stayed in room number 517 - it was superb!! They gave me a £20 off voucher, which I used in a nearby steak restaurant. Class!!

Cons: The only minor things were that the door didn't close cleanly - had to adjust very slightly to ensure fully closed. And toilet flush button in bathroom was very low down and was firm to press and action flush.

Great hotel and friendly, helpful staff made our visit to Glasgow extra special.

Pros: Central location, stylish decor, comfortable and very clean rooms. Good variety and quality breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed early check in and offered to store bags on check out. A good atmosphere from the team.

Cons: Can't fault anything.
