One of our favourite city hotels .

Friendly hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Really friendly atmosphere from the time we entered till the time we checked out! Enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant. Staff at the reception were particularly helpful.

Cons: With all the scaffolding it was a little difficult to locate the hotel in the dark but that’s not a criticism!

Indulgent, relaxing, chill

Pros: The Staff were amazing, every one of them that dealt with us. We were given a free drink because we arrived early and the room was not ready. We were also given another free drink because we chose Eco room service. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and staff can't do enough for you. I requested an upgrade which was lovely. Andrew on the Main Desk was a joy. You should be very proud of how your staff conduct themselves. I would definitely return. I love the place.

Would definitely stay here again.. but will book through somewhere else as booking.com have failed miserably in a mistak

Pros: It was a lovely property, in a fairly quiet. But central area. Staff were lovely!! The room and facilities were very good. Breakfast was very nice!! And the waiting staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive .

Cons: I really liked this hotel.

Perfect for a city centre stay!

Pros: The experience was excellent for the moment we arrived. Very helpful reception staff and offered myself and my partner a drink token as it was our anniversary. Room was very comfortable and clean
