Very comfortable

Pros: Check in very easy, staff very pleasant. Room spotlessly clean and quiet despite being surrounded by busy roads. We chose the hotel as my husband was to attend the nearby hospital early next morning, being rather unwell it was very good having two beds in the room. I liked having the option to pay for breakfast if you wanted it. Due to the reason we were staying we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or leasure facilities

Pros: Comfortable one night stay, great room service, ideal for parking and having a Starbucks on site, staff who I dealt with were very friendly

Pros: The reception staff were very friendly, and the check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided.

Cons: Right after check-in, we went to the pool. There were no fresh towels available, so we had to go back to our room to get some. It slightly spoiled the mood.

Pros: It was my partners birthday & I paid for extra celebrations balloons. This was reasonably priced and a nice extra. The receptionist had taken particular care to draw out a well designed happy birthday picture onto a card and it was a really lovely touch. Very talented! Reception staff were lovely

Perfect place for us to stay at an excellent price

Pros: Excellent location for us and where we needed to be Very quiet Comfortable beds Nice hot breakfast

Cons: Beds slid around when you sat on them but it’s a small issue
