Pros: The person on the check in was extremely helpful and as a blue holder I was given a suitable room on the ground floor and did not pay for parking.

Cons: There was no issues as my needs were seen to on arrival.

Pros: All staff were lovely came early and got sorted a room straight away which I was pleased as I was a bit wet of the weather Everything was easy to find big rooms with comfy beds

Pros: The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is close to public transport and the old town.

Yep, good room, great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location. Nothing wrong with the room at all. I was given a free upgrade which was appreciated.

Cons: I paid twice for the room and 4 weeks on i am still waiting for a refund. Not good.

Edinburgh stay Jan 2026

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Finding the path to the river next to the hotel provided a scenic and quicker walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice and tasted great.

Cons: There wasn't anything to not like ..great value for money and will definitely stay again
