Friendly staff in a good Hotel location for Central Edinburgh.

Pros: Good staffing levels in reception & at the bar meant being attended to quickly. Nice atmosphere / ambience in the bar area has been created with plenty seating & interesting background music creating a welcoming vibe.

Cons: Nothing! Would stay here again 🙂

Cosy Room, Great Staff, Perfect Location!

Pros: The property was cosy, clean, had great amenities and was really close to the tram so you could get around easily.

Cons: Overall, everything was brilliant! Perhaps more clothes hangers could be made available. Also, it may have been an issue our end (and we could have called to ask) but seemingly no access to Netflix etc, just regular TV. Good selection of channels but if you’re stuck in the room for whatever reason, limited entertainment so make sure to bring your own devices if that’s something you need.
