Excellent value for money

Pros: Location, plenty hot water, friendly receptionist, comfortable room with electric radiators.

Pros: Well located for center and transport links. Easy check in. Stairs only to rooms. Shower in room bath next door. Reasonable size room. Comfortable bed view of garden. Tea. Coffee. Wifi in room . Quite location. Tele helpful staff. Clean hotel.

Would absolutely stay here again any chance I got even for convenience alone.

Pros: The location, staff and easiness of the layout of the property was fab. You get such good amenities for the price you pay I genuinely cannot fault it, shower was fab and for a basic room in a great location I would genuinely book there again especially for the price I paid. Absolutely well worth it!

Cons: Shower took a little while to heat up which was minor and slightly inconvenient but doesn’t cancel out all the good. The room strongly smelled of fresh paint and my window was a bit cracked and boarded up which made it a bit cold even with the heater provided. But again, all such minor things in comparison to the price and how lovely the staff are, it’s nothing I couldn’t look past.

Absolutely fantastic value for money (if not more value for money)

Pros: Got the best room in the building and it didnt disappoint, me and my other half came for the christmas market and it was fantastic

Kind staff and well kept hotel

Pros: Ideal location, room was very clean and cozy. owner/receptionist (apologies, I am not sure) was really nice and kind enough to explain how the key card worked and check out if I was leaving earlier.

Theatre visit.

Pros: Card entry to doors. Reasonable size room. Shower with bath next door. Kettle teas. Coffee. Wardrobe. Opening window with view of garden. Whole house very clean. And equipped for a budget price..good bedding and night's sleep. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons: Lots of notices on front door. No food but plenty of eating places close by.

Pros: Location was superb. I was over for a Hearts game so being right opposite the Haymarket bar was ideal. Ideal for airport buses and access to Tynecastle. Bed was comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. This is not a luxury accommodation but for the price it had everything needed. And it was clean.

Cons: Bathroom was very cold but the bedroom was beautiful warm
