Pros: Lovely clean hotel. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Hotel a stones throw away from the Haymarket station. Check-in was easy and efficient. Would recommend.

Cons: Breakfast was ok.The other people in my party really enjoyed it, but I thought it could have been done with more options, and warm food soon seemed to get cold. Breakfast would have been a good valve for a tenner, not £15.

Pros: Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to Haymarket train station and is within walking distance from the city centre.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

Pros: Perfect location! Tram practically stops outside the hotel. 5 mins walk, bus stops again 5 minute walk which will take you to Princess Street and other tourist locations or you can even walk - around 20 minute walk.

Pros: Location is very convenient, close to Haymarket station from where you can easily get from/to the airport, it is also not far to the city centre. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and we appreciated the buffet breakfast. The food choice was the same every day but that is not something to complain about. The staff was very kind, helpful, we would definitely stay here again. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels in Edinburgh.

A great stay in the heart of the vibrant Haymarket area.

Pros: Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. There is a diverse wealth of great restaurants within a few hundred metres of this clean and modern hotel.

Cons: We had to chase up house keeping as our room hadn’t been cleaned despite us being out from 10am to 4pm with an appropriate sign on the door handle. This was resolved without fuss but we shouldn’t have needed to request a visit from housekeeping. The towels had seen better days and were rough. One of the two lifts wasn’t working and housekeeping were using the same lift as guests at busy times, leading to long delays.
