Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Easy walk from Haymarket station and for the tram into town. The walls were a little thin so could hear a neighbour snoring but only just. Will stay here again though.

Slick and smart in gloomy Edinburgh

Pros: Itโ€™s one of these modern compact room type properties but it was very smart had all I wanted lots of support at reception as well. Good location near buses and tram etc it was warm in freezing Edinburgh

Cons: Not much

Pros: The hotel was clean, organized, well located, and had a great breakfast. The room we stayed in was quiet.

Pros: Good location, staff were all super friendly and helpful, lovely fresh continental breakfast

Cons: Tea & coffee facilities would be nice in the room. Our room was chilly when we arrived and we struggled with getting the heating working but when we mentioned it to the reception staff they were straight on it & sorted it for us.

Girls night away

Pros: We stayed in a compact twin and it was more than adequate for our one night stay. Close to the usher hall for our show we were attending. Would stay here again

Canโ€™t wait to come back

Pros: Very central for what we needed, fabulous staff from the moment we arrived till we left

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, stunning communal areas and neat rooms. Rooms are also extremely spacious. I love that towels are not washed after every night as this is extremely unsustainable.

Cons: Room could have a few more amenities, such as a tea and coffee station and more facilities to hang clothes. It would be good for housekeeping to do quick checks every second day to replace any needed amenities without needing to do a full room clean (as this is often unnecessary and unsustainable to do every day and I love their sustainability policies).

Pros: Ideal location as my meetings were at the EICC, literally a five second walk (which was very helpful with all the rain).
