Pros: The property was close to the city centre and walking distances to the main attractions. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also large and had different light features.

Cons: They did not offer many complimentary items in the room other than water and toiletries, I would’ve expected more from a 5 star rated hotel. There was also creaking sounds in the room which I believe were from the AC system which did wake me up in the night.

Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel very modern & immaculate. Every member of staff are so happy, friendly & very attentive.

Overall an amazing experience near to everything perfect location and staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: The hotel was amazing everyone was very helpful. And dressed well presented. Rooms were lovely came with everything you needed.

Cons: The only thing I would say is I think you should be able to use the spa facilities for free if you have booked to stay.

Excellent stay, will definitely be back!

Pros: Lovely and clean hotel, staff are excellent. The room was immaculate as were the castle views. The spa was incredible especially the hydropool. Couldn’t fault it.

Cons: One small thing, no toilet brush in the bathroom.

A great hotel with amazing staff. Five stars!

Pros: Can’t fault the stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful with a lovely view of the Castle. Toiletries were beautiful with fluffy towels and a bed that was pure luxury. Room service was quick and good quality. Had a drink in the bar, the staff were fab. The best part of the hotel is their amazing staff!!

Cons: Nothing!

Perfect rooms in a good location, prodessional staff

Pros: Love the Sheraton brand, everything yoh would expect from a 5 star hotel

Cons: Extra charge to use thermal suite which i believe should be included in the room price. Apparantly almost £100 but as a guest offered at £47. Not something i have experienced in other 5 star hotels. We would expect massage to be extra but not the use of the jacuzzi and outdoor pool.

Perfect for a short sight seeing break in Edinburgh

Pros: Staff were phenomenal, especially with my young daughter who felt like a princess for the duration of her stay. Very centrally located, nice views of the castle from the brasserie.

Cons: children’s swim times are a little restrictive but to be fair to the hotel they were very clearly communicated to us at check in and the message was again delivered to our room (along with a pool toy to soften the blow!)
