A fantastic place to stay

Pros: Great location with good access to the city but also countryside views and plenty of animals to meet. Delicious, filling breakfast. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with all required facilities. Welcoming hosts who were helpful and friendly.

Pros: We loved the location, had a beautiful view and very calm and relaxing. The hosts were very lovely and accommodating 😊 We also loved the farm animals and the dogs, we spent every day at least 1h with the animals and they were very kind to let us be there for so long and my daughter even helped with feeding the animals 😊. She was obsessed with all of it and was very sad to leave and so did i. The food was really good and the room was very clean and very spacious. We definitely will come back again.

Lovely place that has a fabulous breakfast and comfortable spacious room.

Pros: Our room was spacious and spotless, and nicely laid out. There was tea making facilities. Lovely bathroom and beds were comfortable. We had a form to fill in with breakfast choices and there is a wonderful selection, breakfast itself was delicious and more than ample. The family running this gave us a warm welcome. We loved the fact from our window we could see horses, donkeys etc in the field and to the side on the big barn sheep that were being fed. Its location is a short drive from Edinburgh, and it was lovely to be in the countryside. There was a huge parking area. The sat nav took us there so it’s easy to find. Would definitely return here for another stay. We loved everything about this place so it’s a 10 out of 10 from us.

Cons: Only thing and being picky here, only 2 mugs and 2 glasses in the triple room. But I think if we had asked they would have supplied the third cup/glass Certainly not enough to mark down

Comfortable stay at friendly farm

Pros: Lovely staff, so friendly and welcoming. Super farm with comfortable room and spacious beds. Amazing homecooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts - such a great family. Would definitely return.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful stay here and the owners ensured we had everything we needed, stunning views and tranquil location.. 10/10 will definitely be back

Perfect stop over

Pros: The perfect stopover. Very clean and warm and great value for money. Breakfast was so welcoming and tasty. Everything we could have wanted.

Pros: We as a family enjoyed the stay in an ideal quiet setting , views are amazing and it is local to some beautiful historic places , my daughter enjoys coming to be surrounded with all the animals.. Rooms are cozy and beds comfortable.

Cons: There us nothing that i disliked.

If you head to Scotland you have to stay here !

Pros: An amazing stay at Peggyslea Farm !! Everything was 20/20 from the breakfast to the room to the visit of the farm, the peace of this place and the kindness of the owners !!

Home from home and we’ll go back there again any time

Pros: Everything this os a complete package for the whole family srt in a glorious scenic setting , animals and horses that my teenage daughter really enjoys seeing , the rooms are imaculate and beds comfortable and breakfast is delicious we will continue to come here for a enjoyabke relaxing break
