Pros: Luxuriously spacious and comfortable apartment, which had a surprisingly (for AirBnBs) homely feel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location to explore central Edinburgh on foot.

stunning accommodation and great location

Pros: The host, Craig met us at the property and showed us around the apartment. Informative and welcoming. Also left a very nice welcome pack with chocolates wine etc. The apartment was very spacious with lots of original Georgian features

Cons: There was nothing not to like. Only slight issue was the shape of the bath. It was rounded at the bottom and a little unbalancing when having a shower.

Pros: The apartment was immaculate and the location perfect for visiting Edinburgh. Would most definitely stay here again.

Stunning house in a gorgeous city

Pros: We booked this property for my daughter’s wedding and with the permission of the owners they allowed us to have some pictures when she came to us in the morning to get ready. The property is stunning with everything you could need. A lovely welcome package greeted us and the owner took us through everything we needed to know. The location is perfect for the centre and we had an amazing 3 days.

Cons: Nothing at all. I would just suggest a small bottle of milk would be great so people can have a cup of tea/coffee after what was a long journey.

A thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay in an exceptional apartment.

Pros: We were met on arrival by the owner’s son who showed us everything we needed to know about. There was a welcome basket with biscuits and wine - which was a nice touch. There was a starter pack of coffee /tea etc. The apartment was comfortable ; a pleasure to wake up in and to get back to in the evening.

Cons: Just a couple of quirks - you might expect in an older property. The roll top bath was beautiful and stylish, but a bit impractical for those who want to pop in and out of the shower (it is a bit of a climb and there’s nothing to hold onto). The hot water should be set at a higher temperature. The toilet cistern in the bathroom is slow to fill up.

A wonderful little gem .. practically perfect in every way

Pros: Stunningly beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and in a great location for exploring Edinburgh. The owners have created a little piece of perfection.

Cons: The shower over the bath wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
