Magnificent Georgian 3-Bedroom Apartment in New Town

Brilliant, loved it.

Pros: everything was super. the place, fittings and location.

Pros: Beautiful period apartment in New Town, very close to central Edinburgh within walking distance

Cons: Slight annoyances from road noise in 2 of the bedrooms, so wouldn’t be great for a light sleeper

The title of this apartment is exactly what it is! Magnificent! Really well positioned, it’s a short walk to Princes str

Pros: Literally everything about this apartment was fabulous! The high ceilings, decor, styling and we absolutely loved the huge, huge windows and looking out to the Edinburgh streets below. We were a short walk to Princes street with Rose street inbetween and equally we were well positioned to walk in the other direction to Dean village and the Leith Walk.

Cons: The traditional Georgian windows though beautiful are not soundproof (obviously!) so you can hear traffic noise most of the night & it’s a busy city! The shutters & curtains muffle it somewhat but though it wasn’t a problem for us, I can imagine others finding it difficult to sleep. It’s the only negative I can think of though!

Gorgeous apartment had everything we needed in a fantastic location

Pros: Property was superb, beautiful and spacious and very clean. Excellent location would definitely stay again!

High-class base from which to explore Edinburgh

Pros: Great apartment with high end fixtures and fittings, lovely decor, amazing room sizes and ceiling heights. Ideally located for Stockbridge and the New Town.

Cons: Stairs up to the apartment are tricky with luggage but worth the effort! The master bedroom is noisy being located on the Queen Street side of the building.

Value for money

Pros: Nice location, good property and not far from the city centre. The owner/ caretaker was very responsive.

Cons: No lift. It was difficult to carry baggage

We were delighted with all aspects of the flat and would certainly come again.

Pros: Excellent location. Lovely rooms. Well-fitted kitchen and bathrooms.

Cons: No obvious suggestions for improvements.

Lovely spacious apartment for group or family stays.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well maintained. Beds comfy and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. it’s in a great location for seeing all the sights with a good selection of bars/cafes/restaurants nearby. We were a group of 6 friends who really enjoyed the stay.

Amazing apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: Outstanding apartment in a quieter area of the city but easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment exceeded our expectations in all ways. Comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. It was excellent value for money too. We’d love to stay again and have already recommended this apartment to others.
