Super Central - Georgian Double Upper Flat with Castle Views in New Town

Pros: Location was great and nice touch with the Christmas tree.

Cons: One bathroom - the shower was not very hot.

An enjoyable stay but could be improved

Pros: The property was in an ideal location for the city centre of Edinburgh it was clean & comfortable.

Cons: The chaise lounge was extremely lumpy & the sofas & chair in the lounge very low. The flat was very warm & only having one fan was a little difficult

Superb view! Great location! Lovely that it feels like home.

Pros: The property has great view of Edinburgh and is very spacious. Conveniently located near good restaurants and most places of interest. The only downside is scaling the flights of stairs to the apartment with our luggage.

Pros: Beautiful decor, cleanliness, quality and all round fantastic location. Marco our host was super helpful and very prompt with our queries, delivery of the cot and high chair. Just all wonderful and we'll be booking up very early for later this year.

Best location in Edinburgh!

Pros: The apartment has the BEST location in Edinburgh, 6 minutes walk to the Christmas market and playground. Basically, it's in the city centre. The most amazing thing is that it's so quiet, I couldn't believe. Rooms are so spacious. They have everything that you need and more. Beds are super comfortable, I've, actually, checked the mattress brand to buy one in my own house. The bathrooms are so big, we could've organised a party there. So tastefully decorated and clean, the owner did a wonderful job. Marco was very helpful with recommendations. He was funny and receptive to all our requests . We'll definitely come back!! 100 % recommend it!

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Perfect flat in a perfectly location

Pros: This is a wonderful 3br/3bath apartment in a wonderful location - close tol restaurants, parks, Edinburgh Castle. The flat was well stocked with towels, bath supplies, hairdryers in every bedroom, and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Cons: There truly wasn't anything we didn't like, but, as others have noted, there are a lot of steps from the street level up to the top floor flat. Keep that in mind for anyone with knee issues, and to keep your luggage lighter (there's an all-in-one washer/dryer combo that works well once you figure out how to use it correctly).

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous, and in a great location.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a second set of keys because we weren't all on the same schedule and having one set requires people to put the keys back in the lock box so that the next person can get into the building when they return. Maybe there is an intercom but we couldn't find it. This was a minor inconvenience because the place is fantastic.

Excellent location, comfortably accommodated our family.

Pros: Super convenient location to Edinburgh attractions. So nice to be able to walk everywhere and a moderate walk to the train station. It was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Easy walk to grocery stores, especially M & S, our favorite!

Cons: Only 1 dish towel provided. We did a lot of our own cooking, so this was a bit of an issue. Some bars in the area so it can be noisy very late on the weekends.
