Pros: The decor of this property is really outstanding, a fantastic mix of homeliness and guest privacy. The room was simply stunning, with fantastic views across the city, an incredibly comfortable bed and a shower that I could live in. Brilliantly located to explore Edinburgh with hosts that truly make you feel welcome.

Pros: Stunning house, everything was in immaculate condition. Wonderful location, close walk to all attractions without having traffic noise. Exceptional townhouse in Edinburgh

Pros: A beautiful property and lovely owners who made our stay very special. Very comfortable rooms and an exceptional breakfast with just about every type of food you could think of! Carol was very obliging to offer a different breakfast every day, which was delicious and she was very good company and offered suggestions of places to visit. We will definitely visit again. The property is a little way out of the main city, but in fine weather, it's a lovely walk to all of the local attractions.

Cons: Nothing at all the property was beautifully presented

Absolutely loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: Lovely property and beautifully situated very close to the city and transportation.Straight across from the small road that leads into Dean village and the river walk to Stockbridge. The hosts could not possibly have been any nicer and made us feel at home from the beginning. Love the views from the back and look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Cons: That we had to leave. Some might find the stairs restricting but hosts were happy to assist with the luggage. No negative whatsoever.

Good location, genuine well restored Georgean Town House

Pros: Large room with a comfortable bed. Leather armchair with a good view. The Townhouse is right next to the Dean village and the New Town. Pretty walk along the Leith. Good restaurants nearby.

Pros: Beautiful hosts who made me feel so welcome after a long journey, my room was wonderful with the most amazing views. Our breakfast was delicious & it was lovely chatting with the other guests. Wondering stay & highly recommend.
