Pros: Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Adequate parking. Warm and snug room.

Cons: Toilet difficult to flush. Wlshower ok but not most powerful. Otherwise nothing.

Great place to stop and stay fir one or more nights near Edinburgh.

Pros: Location and hosts were great. Bed was comfortable. Pillows great. Breakfast was delicious. Towels etc. were great.

Cons: A few cobwebs on the chandelier and in corners. Simple yo clean. Curtain retaining hooks fell out of the wall. Chandelier needs to be properly attached to the ceiling. Ours was held up by the wires, which is not safe. Not major issues, but need attention. Room is compact.

Pros: Hosts are lovely ( really helpful), great selection for breakfast, rooms are beautiful, safe area. I loved the fact that they had two small dogs but this may be an issue for some.

Very friendly & accomodating

Pros: A great welcome from Andy & 2 lovely dogs which made us feel right at home. As we had an early start we had a pack lunch/ breakfast ready for us to take in the morning.

Very comfortable and pleasant except for some small glitches

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice and presented well. The hosts were friendly and very helpful

Cons: I couldn’t get the tv to work and the main light in the bedroom was hanging very loosely so I didn’t use it.
