Pros: The hotel is well placed near all tourists attractions, maybe 10-15 relaxed walk to Princess street. Bus and tram connection 2-3 minutes from hotel. Gorgeous architecture of Edenborough involved in hotel experience. Lovely and very rustic, with such a local charm. Stuff is amazing and very welcoming. If there are some little gaps that doesn't fit at the moment, you can see that owners doing their best to make everything right and make your feel very cosy and nice. We absolutely adore our Scottish breakfast time in a lovely dinning room to begin the day with such a lovely personal. Absolutely thankful for every minute of our stay.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for access to transport and sightseeing on foot. Good selection of dining and general services close at hand. Loved the terrace house style.

Pros: Excellent location. Room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower was delightful!

Cons: One of the lights kept flickering on and off this wasn’t a massive problem.

Well looked after in a period building ideally located for our needs.

Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast, first time I’ve had whisky porridge, it won’t be the last.

Cons: Just because of the layout it meant leaving one building to go to where you had your breakfast. Strange having to put on your jacket to go for breakfast (obviously wouldn’t be necessary in good weather)

Pros: Very nice hotel in Haymarket Edinburgh. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location as public transport links are just around the corner and many places to visit are really easy to walk to.

Excellent libation and beautiful room

Pros: Wonderful big room that was so clean and tidy and warm. Huge bed which we needed. Great sized bathroom. It was perfect. I cannot understand why this did not have 5 stars

Pros: The staff were very efficidnt and helpful. The location was very close to public transport and within walking distance to the city center.

Cons: The room was a little small for the price.
