Pros: Fabulous location Staff are brilliant - so helpful Rooms are lovely

Very lovely stay

Pros: Very easy to get to. The room was spacious, high ceilings and lovely amounts of natural light during the day. Very comfortable

Cons: Only one of the lifts was working which wasn't ideal and the breakfast was a little on the greasy side for my personal preference.

Pros: We had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful.

Exceptional Stay, Absolutely Recommend.

Pros: This is the second time we have attended and stayed at this hotel now. The first time was just off the chance booking, but I had to ensure when visiting Glasgow again that I booked this hotel! Immediately when attending the hotel it is a stunning location, over looking the Botanical Gardens opposite. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming at the front desk, the staff within the breakfast area were all lovely and cleaners all very pleasant to talk to. The room itself was perfect, very comfortable bed and easy to use facilities. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, with a great variety of options

Cons: Parking facilities are not the best, however, with a bit of research and moving around there is sufficient parking just not directly outside of the hotel. However, this did not ruin the hotel for us

Pros: room was nice with a park view which we paid extra for,

Cons: Bit of confusion when checking in as had us down as bed and breakfast which we didn't book and were told we would need to contact out provider eg Expedia which wasn't happy with however receptionist rectified this herself which was very appreciated. Would have liked a good movie channel but not too big a deal, still enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Super handy for the Oran Mor Venue. Literally across the road.

A Romantic overnight

Pros: I booked this fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Especially for our wedding anniversary. My wife was delighted with the full place, especially our room. As staff made a incredible effort to make my wifes stay all the more romantic. They dressed the bed with beautiful confetti filled balloons . It looked so romantic. They even placed her gifts out better than I could. Right next to a personalised bottle of red in an ice bucket. I would like to thank all staff responsible for this ❤️.

Pleasant stay in the west end

Pros: Great location for shops bars restaurants. Hotel clean. Room a bit dated and tired but had tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. Iron and fan also in room. Bed a bit firm but pillows were good. Some outside traffic noise but not to troublesome.

Cons: Only one lift works

Lovely Weekend Stay in West End Glasgow !!

Pros: Beautiful location. Georgous bedroom. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons: The windows were not sound proofed.
