Pros: Staff were exceptional apart from one older lady who i found a little too abrupt for the occasion ( my mums funeral ) she was still tipped generously

Had a great time.

Pros: Was at hotel for an engagement party, stayed overnight. From entering the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. Food was good. Had a great nights stay.

Cons: Only personal gripe for me was mattress was too soft. It didn’t seem to bother other members of my family.

Excellent stay and would recommend if in the area

Pros: Staff were very friendly and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Rooms are very nice and very comfortable beds. Train quite near by as well, so Glasgow centre very accessible.

Cons: The showers are not well designed and ends up with a lot of water on the floor.

Prefer location

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. After booking my Son asked to join us and was happy to be able to get a family room also included breakfast.

Great stay in a convenient location

Pros: We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the city centre, with plenty of parking available. The hotel is modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, offering both continental choices and a hot menu. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
