It was ok

Pros: Good location for us to see a gig at the Ovo. Modern decor and clean.

Cons: Bar staff were absolutely terrible. Not great value for money at £244 for one room, one room, one night 2 adults and 13 year old and breakfast not included.

Quite pricey for one person, but great facilities.

Pros: The swimming pool was very good. Despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon with lots of families in the pool, there was a lane available just for swimming up and down, so I had a great 30 minutes doing just that. I ended up with a room with two double beds even though I was staying in the hotel by myself, and the room was really spacious, warm and comfortable. I enjoyed a meal and glass of wine in the busy bar/grill. The staff at both reception and restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very conveniently situated for the OVO, where I was going to see a show.

Cons: Food and drink were expensive, as was the stay itself, though the facilities were such that I think it still offered reasonably good value for money.

Overnight stay for concert. Lovely modern hotel, would stay again.

Pros: Excellent location, modern facilities, near to the Ovo Hydro, good choice of food for breakfast

Cons: Ordered breakfast when checking in but discovered it was cheaper to order the breakfast online rather than paying for it at the front desk
