Holiday Inn Glasgow - East Kilbride by IHG

Pros: Very welcoming, comfortable, clean, dog friendly. Leisure facilities excellent. Breakfast was faultless.

Cons: We couldn't get the television or telephone to work. We didn't report it until check out and was told it may have been disconnected by housekeeping, so it was probably an easy fix if we had reported it.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and I felt comfortable as a lone female traveller

Pros: On checkin the member of staff was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms really nice and large, shower was powerful and hot!

Pros: Friendly staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast.

Cons: Layout meant there was a long walk to the room but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Excellent hotel, great staff evening menu food needs to be better.

Pros: Great friendly staff. Handy for where we wanted to be. It had a pool and free parking and wi fi. Breakfast was excellent, especially the gluten free counter and plant milk availability.

Cons: We ate in the first night. My daughter ordered a pie and mash and had to send it back. The pie was so over cooked it couldn’t be cut through with a knife and the mash that came with it tasted very much like instant mash. For the price it was very disappointing. The staff exchanged it for something else for her. My omelette wasn’t very good, again over cooked and rubbery, I did eat it because we didn’t want to cause further upset sending it back. It wasn’t nice.

Great staff & facilities

Pros: This hotel is great as it has the pool & sauna etc! Staff are always friendly & accommodating

Cons: I found it difficult to sleep this time as there was a constant noise outside possibly a generator .

Cons: More rails to hang towels in the bathroom

Pros: Free access to the swimming pool And amazing breakfast

Was a very relaxing stay while attending a First Aid Course.

Pros: The space and cleanliness of the room, plus the use of the leisure centre (although I didnt use it).

Cons: The price of the drinks (soft and alcholic)

Pros: Staff members were kind , patient and helpful. Environment was welcoming and felt at home. Food was dekicious , good size portions for both adults and children and was also warm enough.

Cons: Bathroom was not clean enough especially in the corners. Otherwise all is okay.
