Pros: Hotel is stunning, welcoming, clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: The staff, every one of them were really nice to us and very helpful.

Cons: The lack of sockets and phone charging points in the room.

Pros: Travelled here on business, stayed 2 nights, room was well equipped, comfortable and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast also very good - would recommend.

Best hotel Ive stayed at in East Kilbride

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor was nice. Food was excellent.

Cons: Hardly any water pressure in the shower (room 16) and no heating on in the middle of January. They did switch the heating on when I raised this and the room was eventually toasty. Room wasn't particularly clean: biscuit crumbs from previous guest on the chair and carpet could do with a refresh.

Cons: Some rooms have the bed on a ledge which is a bit dangerous for older guests when they get up during the night - the ledge is a trip hazard.

Pros: The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me get my room earlier which helped me enormously.
