Delightful stay and we hope to return before too long.

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations and we were delighted with all aspects of our stay. We were only sorry we were only there for one night as we would have loved to sit in the bar and the lounge, but we just didn’t have the time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. David the Manager really made us feel welcome and we chatted a few times during our stay. His knowledge of the town, and his recommendation of a place to get our evening meal was very helpful. Our room was well furnished, comfortable and warm and we would certainly like to come back again.

Cons: We honestly can’t think of anything.

Pros: Beautiful location great for the ferry terminal. Only a short walk from the train station. The rooms were warm, comfortable and spotless. The staff were outstanding with their professionalism and friendliness.

Pros: Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast included in room price. £130 per night or £140 per night with free cancellation for our stay (off season) Good location close to town centre, though not in town. Didn't have dinner as menu limited at this time of year, but plenty options nearby. Excellent choice for breakfast at the manor house. Over the 2 nights we tried the full scottish breakfast, savoury pancakes and smoked haddock. All were of high standard.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Peaceful, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent: great choice and quality. Breakfast staff were particularly attentive and pleasant. The room,even the standard room, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The whole building was quite charming with a great view over the town and harbour. We stayed on a wet week in November but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oban has several good eating places for evening meals and we liked The Oban Inn! The location was great for a short walk into the town and the ferry terminal.

Cons: We felt that the smoked fish board was over priced at £29. There was not much fish for 2 people to share. In contrast, the breakfast portions were very generous.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful building.

Pros: The house was very pretty, well cared for, and there were lots of little additions I appreciated like the biscuits in the room, the soaps, selection of teas, and smart TV. I couldnt stay for the breakfast but the facilities looked very good.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Pros: breakfast was fantastic. well presented and a great menu to choose from. the room was cosy and comfortable and the view was stunning. the staff were amazing throughout our stay, they were helpful, informative and i could tell they take a lot of pride in the manor house

Cons: i honestly cant think on anything to improve upon.
