Pros: Liked the central location to the town. Exceptional service from domestic services. Included bottled water which is not expected but great touch, as well as Tunnocks teacakes! Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons: Room was a bit on the small side with limited place for suitcases.

Pros: Absolutely amazing service here! We made two bookings (like idiots!) and the team were beyond accommodating, linking them together to save confusion. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, a beautiful room with lovely genuine staff and located in the perfect spot. Shockingly (especially coming from a hospitality background!) we had our room serviced daily without asking. I'd highly recommend it.

Lovely, well-appointed suite with some nice little touches.

Pros: Stayed one night in Studio 1 Suite. Reception staff very informative. Exceptionally clean and well-appointed suite with spacious wet room, comfortable sleeping area and roomy kitchen living area, including tea/coffee making facilities (coffee machine) and bedside USB ports. Off-road parking available at rear. Very tasty and well-presented breakfast. Staff exceedingly attentive. Pleasantly surprised at quality of our stay. Will definitely be back.

Cons: Disabled access generally good. Didn't book room in main building because it stated no lift but separate suites are fine if you can negotiate a short gravelled area.

Absolutely amazing

Pros: The hotel was central to the high street of oban , plenty car parking at back of hotel. The hotel is exceptional, up market modern and perfect! Staff are super friendly and attentive, super value for money, thank you Scot Hotel!

Ideal location

Pros: The location is ideal only a short walk to the main sea front and ferry area. As you enter the hotel it has a lovely lounge and bar area it felt very welcoming. Our room was impeccably clean .

Cons: We could hear other guests talking and also the noise from the TV in the next room , so better soundproofing would be beneficial for a good nights sleep

We had a one night stay. We couldn’t fault the hotel or staff will stay again

Pros: Location was perfect. Rooms spotless everything you need is there. Staff friendly and quick check in. Off street parking as well

Great value in a central location

Pros: Really nice modern feel and very well kept. Good range of drinks with room to sit and pass the time.

Cons: As advertised there was no restaurant - that made things a little quiet when in the bar area
