Would stay again!!!

Pros: Excellent location 5 minute walk from town centre.within walking distance from the ferry terminal. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing.

Great value and location

Pros: VERY close to the ferry and town centre. Easy parking. Warm, cozy, comfortable. Grateful to be able to book 2 hours before arrival. Quirky unattended check-in via phone to gain access, but it worked fine Very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast, which was very good.

Cons: No instant coffee in the room, only decaff. (Very minor).

An ideal hotel for a stay in Rothesay. The staff were exceptional.

Pros: The location, the Staff and the breakfast were very good.

Cons: Nothing that would stop me visiting again.

Pros: The room was spotlessly clean, decorated lovely, the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was tiled with a bath and I would definitely go back .

Cons: Unfortunately the owner wasn't at the guest house he was called away urgently that meant there was no breakfast or the bar restaurant wasn't available ,we did get a refund for our breakfast

Traditional seaside guest house close to the town

Pros: Very substantial freshly cooked scottish breakfast included. Guesthouse is a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to the attractions in town.

Cons: nothing. It was clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location of the hotel is convenient for the harbour where the ferry docks. My room was comfortable & the breakfast was lovely. The staff are professional and friendly.

Cons: Nothing really. Travellers may have a use their mobile phones to gain access on arrival.
