Perfect house if you want to get away and relax with family & friends !

Pros: Stayed in Glenn FIA House for 2 nights in January it was a surprise for my 60th birthday from my family . House was brilliant it had something for all ages with the games room upstairs . This part of the house was amazing we had plenty to do with the snooker tables , football table , lots of board games for all ages and a fantastic cinema room and karaoke machine . It also had a lovely garden with hot tub ! We had the best weekend celebrating my birthday. It is also dog friendly which for was great for our pet dog to tag along . Fantastic venue for family weekend away . Great local restaurants and good scenic walks nearby . Would highly recommend!

Pros: This house is fantastic. Decorated beautifully, comfy beds, so much space. The roof space kept us entertained all weekend and the hot tub was a great bonus. We walked to the local pub for a lovely meal aswell. The surroundings and views are absolutely stunning!

Cons: The only thing I would recommend is building a gazebo around the hot tub. It wasn't very enjoyable when the rain came on heavy. Otherwise everything was 10/10

We stayed here as a large group, location was tranquil and private.

Pros: Location was beautiful, space within house was great and games room was fantastic. Beds were comfy - some even commented it was the best sleep they’d had in ages

Fantastic space with every possible amenity!

Pros: There was a huge amount of of space - a large living room, kitchen/ diner and upstairs games area. It also had all possible amenities to make the stay as comfortable and home-away-from-home.

Cons: Our only note is that the floorboards were quite squeaky but given how amazing the property was, this was a very minor inconvenience!

It was an excellent stay in a lovely cottage with so many amenities

Pros: The cottage was lovely and a great space. The games room upstairs with the bar was excellent with lots to do

Great House in an Excellent Location

Pros: Great house, lovely large communal areas and the games/ cinema room/ bar in the attic is fantastic. Bedrooms have good storage space and we found the beds comfy. The location is excellent, plenty of walks from the doorstep and a few pubs and places to get food also in walking distance.

Cons: Some little touches were lacking, considering the price. Nothing major but, for example, there were only 2 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 8. Overall the house was clean but I wouldn't say spotless, corners of the bathroom floor, drawers etc were all a bit dusty.

Exceptional, clean and enjoyable.

Pros: The house was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and to a very high standard. The hot tub was a very nice bonus having driven all the way from South Wales. The location was a bit out of the way for our trips into Edinburgh and the Kelpies but this was made up for by the beautiful views on the drive to the different locations. We will definitely be going back and I look forward to it. A lovely property. P.S. the cinema room and surround sound was FANTASTIC!!!!!

Cons: The location was a long way from Edinburgh but ideal if we had longer to stay in the property and used it as a Base to travel around the West of Scotland.

Exceptional doesn't quite cover it!

Pros: Everything about this property is superb, from the quality of the furnishings to the location itself.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property, it is superb.

Fantastic venue for friends and family meet ups in a stunning location

Pros: Lovely modern house, well kept and clean, excellent facillities. Lots of room for us all, the games room upstairs was superb fun! Pool, table football, basketball hoop, home cinema, bar, fruit machine and more board games than we could play in a weekend! Good quality wifi even with all of us on it. Really liked the guest portal - lots of useful information there for before we arrived and planning our visit.

Cons: Firewood left for log burner (which we were really looking forward to using) but no kindling or firelighters - messaged on the guest portal about this and a couple of other minor queries but no response until after we'd left. A little frustrating buy doesn't detract from a fab place to stay...

It was wonderful to stay at with our family. Highly recommended!!!

Pros: It was a great place to stay for a holiday. Neat and tidy with all the amenities. Great for small kids and young adults with all the games available. Would get it again if we come to Scotland.

Cons: Nothing.
