Fyne Byre Cottage - Barn Conversion with Hot Tub

Pros: So cozy thanks to the fireplace! Was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with friends. Enjoyed the hot tub too! Owners were good at staying on top of the chemicals for the hot tub. Location was easy to find. Any minor issues we had were solved almost immediately, Samantha was so kind and was always happy to help! Plenty of games and great access on the TV, were able to watch many movies. The birthday decorations were also wonderful and so greatly appreciated!!!

Great hosts, great location and with all the home comforts you’d need.

Pros: The property was lovely and clean. It was warm and had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Gorgeous cosy barn conversion in beautiful surroundings. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Really enjoyed the hot tub and wood burner. Hosts provided a wealth of helpful info about the area and places to eat and explore. Highly recommend Cu Mara Bistro, Ocho Inveraray and The Creggans Inn for delicious vegan options.

Quirky, homely cosy cottage with a fab hot tub

Pros: Such an individual, quirky property that has been decorated with real love. The cottage is very well equipped and cosy. We loved the hot tub, especially on a chilly day. Loch Fyne is a stunning location with scope to head off and explore the rugged environment. Sam and Ian are great hosts - ready to help and make recommendations.

Cons: Not a complaint about the property - but important to note that you really need a car to make the most of the area.

Amazing place and wonderful people

Pros: Awesome and original place - very comfortable beds and wonderful gardens! The hot tub was great! We felt so welcomed and would love to go back! Sam is a top host!

Pros: Stunning 5 star accommodation. Perfect balance of traditional and modern. Idyllic location with beautiful surroundings. Spotless with every amenity you could need. Decor is gorgeous and the outdoor areas are exceptional.

Cons: Absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

An Amazing Retreat

Pros: The converted Byre was immaculate and beautifully decorated with lots of lovely and quirky touches 💕 it was a peaceful location just what we were looking for as a wee retreat from the business of life and work. The hot tub was located in privacy and our little dog could safely wander around for 45 minutes while we were in there each pm. Sam has thought of everything and we wouldn't add or take away a single thing. We feel relaxed after our week here and managed to visit many of the recommended places whilst not feeling rushed. The lochs and the views are outstanding and we had some really enjoyable drives to some really enjoyable walks. We hope to return with family as it sleeps 6 or 7. We would highly recommend Fyne Byre.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like even the 24 hour storm just made us feel cosy and safe inside .........

Pros: The photos don't do it justice, there are little decor surprises everywhere. The house is fully equipped with everything you need including games and logs for the woodburner. The hot tub was fab. The host came to see us on arrival and was able to answer any questions during our time there. The location was stunning and we explored lots of beautiful walks nearby. We took home beautiful painted oyster shells for a memory.

Cons: The only thing for us was that dogs were unable to potter in and out of the house into the garden without us being there because of the set up of the secure garden. We have to move the gate which was a minor inconvenience in the dark or when in the hot tub.
