Fantastic Cottage in Loch Lomond National Park

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

Pros: Location was quite difficult to find but we rang the host who was able to direct us easily.

Cons: Nothing, we would stay again. The only thing I would highlight is we couldn't find any sheets for the travel cot so used adult sheets. This was a minor issue.

Pros: The location is great. The house is beautiful. All things needed in the house are all provided. We enjoyed the stay. Occasionally bump into deers running across the road in the estate

Cons: The main door lock seems to be a bit problematic. The tv is way too small. One bathroom seem to have shower problem

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped but beware the noisy heating

Pros: Location was very good. Driveway up to the house stunning. Comfortable and well presented.

Cons: Very noisy heating system. With hot water and heating on it created enough noise in bedrooms that you could not sleep. There were lengthy and a complicated instructions in the house book which did not help. We contacted the housekeeper who was very helpful and sent us a video explaning the system. This clarified things but couldn’t stop the noise, that’s just the way it was. Turned the system off at night but that meant no hot water in the morning. Access is through the electric gate before the first house on the right.

Delightful, quiet and spacious cottage.

Pros: The location was quiet. The cottage was very spacious and warm. Great to have the real fire and outdoors space to make the best of any weather. Lovely views from large windows upstairs. Walking distance to The Duck House for coffee, lunch or dinner, right beside the Loch.

Cons: Not enough sharp knives in the kitchen, we had to go and buy a bread knife. Also the single bed mattress I slept on was quite uncomfortable and sloped to one side having been used as a zip and link king size bed.

Pros: Super cottage in great location. Snuggly place to stay with lots of room.

Cons: It was just great

Spacious, comfortable, welcoming, clean, very well equipped excellent log burner, overall fantastic

Pros: Location was excellent although we all felt possibly signage for gate could of been a little bigger/clearer. NOT A COMPLAINT 😊

Cons: Rude neighbour for no reason when entering driveway because of the gravel making a noise. AGAIN NOT A COMPLAINT.

Pros: The cottage was brilliant and exactly how it showed in the pictures. Very cozy and comfortable with pretty much everything that you might need.

Cons: The hot water system is a little confusing on the upstairs bathroom and would have liked if they provided toiletries as well.

Stunning setting, beautiful cottage.

Pros: We had a wonderful time here as a family. The whole cottage was beautiful, fully equipped for a family holiday and a stones throw away from Loch Lomand and Cameron house. The instructions were very easy follow and the host was so helpful. Highly recommended this venue

Beautiful house in a very peaceful location

Pros: Beautiful location, just a minute or so off the A road but feels very quiet and peaceful. Great layout with so much space. Very well equipped. Very clean. Very close to Duck Bay Hotel which has a fantastic restaurant and coffee shop right on the loch.

Cons: I’m struggling to think of anything!

We had a fab long weekend and really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The views were stunning of both Loch & Ben Lomond
