Pros: Very clean place, close to the city Centre. Plenty breakfast places around the place and beautiful huge park just around the corner.

Pros: The location is very nice. I can sleep well. Those rooms is basically clean. It is no problem.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to find a room key and to difficult to turn the key.

Great location. Comfy apartment. Provides everything you need.

Pros: The lock box is close to the property but would be better if right outside by the doorbells.

Cons: There is no parking on the street. The closest car park was 10/15 min walk away.

An absolute gem - great base from which to explore the city.

Pros: We loved it. The location was out of the madding crowd but only a short walk/bus ride from the city centre. It gave us the opportunity to explore another area. Bennetts (bar on corner) is fantastic- we did a trip there every evening and we also went to L’Artigiano (Italian - 10 mins walk) and A Wee Taste (5 mins walk) for supper - both excellent. The apartment itself was top notch - very comfortable and stylish. Lovely bed linen, comfortable beds etc.

Cons: The only (small) issue was that the sofa wasn’t that comfortable especially when the four of us were on it for an evening! Being on the top floor wasn’t an issue for us but we can see it would be if you were with small children or people with mobility issues.

Pros: Great location, we walked everywhere in the city and back. Supermarket and a nice pub just on the corner. Nice as well to be so close to the park and the Meadows. Apartment was really comfortable and spacious with everything we needed, including room for our baby travel cot and space for her to roll around.

Cons: Mindful it's up 3 big flights of stairs.

Nice flat, spacious , lovely bathroom, enjoyed the shower , and the nice touch of the towels laid on your bed for you. nice spacious bedrooms, comfy livingroom to relax in. top floor , but stairs didn’t bother us at all. Nice walk to Royal mile if you like walking , we walked pretty much all the time , went to grass market, Deans village, Took a taxi to portobello beach , cost £9 ! loved the beach, sat outside and had breakfast. we loved our visit to Edinburgh and would stay at this apartment again. Matthew the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks Matthew. he met us at the apartment earlier than expected. Such good service and great at communication. We had not one issue. Oh if I had to mention one issue it would be the ticking of the boiler in the smaller bedroom. But perhaps we needed to do something to stop it. Anyway it wasn’t a big deal.

Lovely stylish apartment in a great location.

Pros: Very stylish, comfortable and warm. Close to the city centre, with good recommendations for places to visit.

Cons: The agent was very insistent about meeting us at the property to check us in, which wasn’t very convenient, then didn’t arrive on time. When we used the oven it set off the smoke alarm directly above it. The TV was faulty. There was no bread knife.

Pros: Location is very good as closed to city center in the distance by foot. and close to excelent park and decent atmosphere university area. Aircondition worked good.

Cons: I couldn't use telephone to call. But the staffs asked me to call the person who hand in keys and guide the apartment house. Please refine the system not to call directly to escalate the information to the right person via email.
