Comfortable, spacious home with incredible views

Pros: Very comfortable, homely and welcoming spacious house with the most beautiful views. We had everything we needed for our stay. Communications with Frances before and after our arrival were very warm, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a stay in this house as a cosy base to explore beautiful Lismore.

An island escape

Pros: A wonderful stay, the house is a stones throw from the pier, Frances met us on arrival and showed us round, the views across to the mainland are amazing and it was so peaceful, plenty of space, everything you need in the kitchen was there, good WiFi connection and we all slept well, shower was fine in the morning, the 2 wee dogs enjoyed themselves too, all good

Fantastic short stay in a lovely house on a tranquil island

Pros: Tobar nan lasgaire was a wonderful place to stay. The house had everything we needed. It's a very comfortable and welcoming place in a stunning location. Lismore is a small but very beautiful and interesting island. Frances lit the fire for our arrival on a very wet day, which was much appreciated. We were only able to stay for 2 nights but really wished could have stayed for much longer.

A warm and wonderful weekend away.

Pros: The cottage was so comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Many holiday rentals do not feel like a home. This was wonderful. We loved the patio looking out over the harbour and the wood burning stove. Both made it a very special weekend away.

Cozy stay on the island

Pros: We loved everything about the place Frances has. It feels so homey and comfortable. It's located so close to the Oban ferry terminal with views over the water.
