Pros: everything was super fantastic John made us feel at home even left the lodge decorated for Christmas found food and drinks extra toiletries answered all our calls promptly took care of us made sure we were comfortable.. I recommend more than 100%

Perfect festive Christmas stay at this lodge

Pros: 5 night Christmas stay. We loved everything about the lodge. Meet and greet with hosts which was nice and explained everything we needed to know. Every effort was made to make our Christmas stay feel like home from home with Christmas tree to place our present under ready for Christmas morning, there were lights and decorations inside and outside made it feel so festive. The lodge is cozy and warm with comfortable bedrooms and added benefit of ensuite in master bedroom. Kitchen well equipped with everything you'd ever need. Location is great, central to lots of places to visit and lodge is in a quite area with views of the Scottish hills. Will definitely be back for a summer break to enjoy the outside features of this lodge, but definitely made a great place to spend Christmas.

Excellent spacious accommodation

Pros: Great location on the site. Every amenity you need for a long or short stay. Comfortable beds. Spacious ensuite shower to one bedroom and separate bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Met by John, the owner, on arrival and had everything explained to us.

Cons: Leaving too soon!

Peaceful & tranquil

Pros: John was a lovely host, talked us through everything we needed to know and even left us goodies to enjoy with the hot tub. The Lodge was peaceful and tranquil, just what we needed after our days of adventure. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous New Years stay in a Winter Wonderland Cabin

Pros: Beautiful cabin inside and out. Snowy weather but cosy inside. Hot tub was fabulous, festive lighting was beautiful. Outdoor areas will be fabulous in the summer including decking, pizza oven etc… Fleece bedding was a lovely touch for winter. Also log burner kept us toasty . Hosts were amazing so helpful at check in and had cabin ready for us. Prosecco and beers in the fridge were a wonderful surprise. Can’t wait to return . Highly recommended

Cons: Nothing absolutely fabulous stay 10/10 would go back here again in a heartbeat .

Cosy and welcoming cabin with everything you could need

Pros: The lodge was such a pleasure to stay in for a three night trip with my two friends. It's beautiful inside and out, so well stocked and nicely decorated. It felt very homely and warm but still clean. We just wish the rain stopped long enough to enjoy the lovely outdoor seating, but hopefully we'll be back soon in the sunshine! Great for families and groups for a nice cosy getaway close to some lovely walks and not too far off the beaten path for exploring the area by car or foot.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower, but that's understandable for the location.
