City Centre Escape with Private Garden

Would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: Good location, 10 minute walk from Grassmarket. Lovely out door decking with table and chairs. Nice galley type kitchen. Main bedroom was spacious and well laid out. I was messaged enough times re the property but not too much which was good.

Cons: Second bed would’ve been problematic to access due to the wooden frame type of steep stairs. Wasn’t an issue in the end though as second couple used the double sofa bed in living room. The electric shower was ok but hard to vary temp, either extremely hot or tepid.

Lovely comfortable apartment.

Pros: Nice quiet location away from the town centre but also within walking distance. Lovely apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again in the future.

Cons: Could use a freshen-up in the sitting room, some wall decorations. The WiFi would not connect to the tv or phone but that could of been the fact I'm not very good with technology.

Would defiantly visit and stay again.

Pros: Perfect for a family of 4, apartment was well looked after and modern. great location for all the attractions of Edinburgh, plus 3 supermarkets around the corner and a Poundland,

Ideal for the Usher Hall and one night stay.

Pros: Not likeable. Stale milk left in the fridge. Took our own porridge and had breakfast locally. Quiet and reasonable sitting area. Property was fine for one night or two but would not stay longer. Bedroom fine but 2nd bedroom awful. Not good having to walk through the main bedroom.

Cons: 2nd bedroom No light switch near the bed if needing toilet in the night it would be a treacherous climb down. Stairs to bed dangerous. Easy to smack one's head if sitting up in the night.

Hidden gem

Pros: Great location, clean and modern accommodation and very helpful hosts.

Pros: Spacious, clean, well equipped, warm and welcoming. Had everything we needed (except a washing machine). Location was close to Old Town. The local area had lots of restaurants and food stores. There was no street parking, however, so we had to park the car about a 5 minute walk away in a paid carpark.

Cons: No washing machine. Parking difficult, however this is to be expected in the city.

Pros: The location was great. The flat had all we needed for 3 nights. Instructions very clear, easy check in. Kitchen had all the appliances needed.

Cons: The bathroom is pretty small in comparison to the entire flat. The carpet had some stains, and the sofa bed was a bit dirty.

Excellent for our requirements - good base for the Fringe festival Would book this apartment again.

Pros: Great location, mostly well equipped kitchen , good bedding, very clean, pleasantly surprised by the lovely fresh flowers, milks , orange juice and biscuits (very nice touch). Also plenty of hot water for 4 people. There was toilet paper ,a tea towel and kitchen roll as well as bin bags and cleaning supplies.. Good sized towels for everyone too and a hairdryer. As described on the website.

Cons: There was only one wine glass and one teaspoon - we contacted the owner and he brought more spoons along with a broom and dustpan and brush the next day (as we didn't have these either). There was no vacuum cleaner which would have been handy as we were there for a week. But these did not deter from our week which was great, Would still recommend this accommodation.

It was a great stay and the host was super helpful and nice. The place was very clean, equipped kitchen and comfortable
