Edinburgh Central Apartment

A nice comfortable stay. Good location.

Pros: The location was very good. Shops very close and quite near attractions. So many old buildings and churches to see if so inclined. The ghost bus the first night was fun. We saw Edinburgh Castle at night. Seeing the royal yacht britannia tour was amazing. That was near Newhaven just a few miles down the road.

Cons: A few to many rules for the accommodation. Very good instructions though for the heating ect. The pictures on the Internet don't quite match up to expectations. That might just be me though. A

It’s ok

Pros: Location is great, many beds, well stocked with kitchen utensils, it’s very clean and I could park across the road. Great for getting to the castle.

Cons: The entrance into the building is very run down. The apartment itself reminded me of being a student again. It’s fairly low quality. £300 for one night would normally be terrible, but during fringe and able to cater for many students it’s fair I suppose.

A great stay in a wonderful city!

Pros: Good location. Good communication. Great price for Edinburgh.

Cons: I didn't realise (because I hadn't looked closely at the photos provided) that one of the beds was a high bunk which wasn't ideal for an over 60 however the soa bed was very comfortable.

Great location , warm comfortable flat , comfortable beds & excellent shower

Pros: The location was excellent. Close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go to in the city. Flat was very warm even without heating on , though we did have to pop the heating on when it got a bit chillier. The heating was easy to use. There were clear instructions on how to use the heating , oven & shower. The beds were very comfy & warm. The shower was excellent , lots of hot water & very spacious.

Cons: In the description of the flat is says there are toiletries. Luckily we didn't rely on these as mainly this consisted of several half full shampoo bottles, no conditioner & a very small bottle of shower gel. I just feel if you state there are toiletries then you should provide a decent amount of a known brand rather than what looked like bottles from Aldi or similar that had just been left over from other guests. The step ladder up to the small double bed was fine for a 26 year old to use but feel perhaps you need to point out on the description that the ladder is very steep & may not really be suitable for anyone older & likely to need to get up in the night for the toilet!

Pros: Great location, close the centre and all amenities but in a very quiet street.

Excellent place to stay for a family

Pros: Location very close to the city center. Beautiful restaurants in the area. Quiet place. Everything you need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Good space for a family.

Cons: A bit cold in the large bedroom and it would be nice to have curtains in this bedroom to cover the window at night.

The stay was so relaxing, everything was available and provided we found everything we need.

Pros: The location was amazing actually, so accessible to bus routes, had like a tesco, a coop, a sainsbury just around the corner and quite close to the meadows which I really enjoyed.

Pros: I liked the distance to the centre of the city. A 30-minute walk to anywhere we wanted. The beds were nice and had an enjoyable shower every day.

Cons: If you don't like instructions or rules in an apartment, this is not the place for you. There are a lot of them. Some of them I felt were over the top but I guess it depends who stayed before me and how they treated the apartment.

Home from home

Pros: The apartment was like home from home Had everything we needed in it. Location is brilliant. Emma was very easy to deal with and very helpful.

Good location, excellent value for money, perfect home from home!

Pros: Perfect for our overnight stopover, 15 minute walk to Xmas markets, fully kitted with everything we needed!

Cons: On street parking not cheap but it’s city centre so guess you’d have to expect that.
