Very happy to return here, great stay

Pros: Location, size, cleanliness, price, accessibility , bottle of milk in fridge, tea and coffee

Cons: Kitchen sink didn’t drain, minor issue

Pros: The location was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted us with everything we needed.

Cons: Our room was below the ground floor, so the elevator was not accessible and carrying the luggage was difficult. The hotel staff helped us with the suitcases and made sure we were not inconvenienced, but this information could have been stated more clearly during the reservation process.

Pros: all was great!!! Value for money Great central location Staff friendly and very helpful I had a hear attack on the morning of departure and the Asian lady on the reception was calm and called ambulance for me. Thank you very much

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Excellent well appointed apartment in central area.

Pros: The locarion was excellent in terms of being very central, close to a rnage of excellent coffee shops and restaurants, transport and main tourist attractions. Bonus that there was a lift to upper floors (only one set of steps from reception) which saved carrying suitcases. Only downside to the location was that at the weekend there was quite a lot of noise outside - despite the secondary glazing we heard people in the early hours presumably leaving pubs or clubs whatever.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very clean apartment in the centre of Edinburgh. Check in process was easy - check in online and was sent a door entry code. Beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked. Quiet at night. Was able to leave our luggage

Cons: Left luggage only open until 4pm

I had a lovely overnight stay with family but would have happily stayed here for the whole week

Pros: The apartment is in a fantastic location on a quiet street minutes from lots of nice bars and restaurants. Check in is super easy with keyless access, which is great for groups to come and go independently. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of tea and coffee and a pint of fresh milk was provided. We found it to be very quiet during our stay.

Cons: There are a few steps up to the front entrance of the building and a few more in the reception area before the lift, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Pros: Central location, staff friendly and helpful, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, welcome basket of tea/coffee etc and a very much appreciated pint of fresh milk in fridge, apartment is spotless and beds are comfy, highly recommend Braid Apartments

Cons: I have nothing to add here, we loved our apartment

Pros: Location was superb, the apartment had everything which I can expect for. Best apartment I have ever stayed in.

Cons: Nothing as such

Super self sufficient within apartment and amazing daily housekeeping.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff especially manager was very responsive even via emails.

Cons: There are short flight of steps leading to the lift which might not be convenient if you gave big luggages.

Great place to stay for short break

Pros: Staff was very helpful and professional and welcoming. We managed to get into the room much earlier than official check in time, which was great. Very friendly staff, exp etionally clean flat and great location.

Cons: Pillows arent too comfortbale, too firm and high for our liking, but this is personal preference. Would be great to have smart TVs in place.
